| Bottling
takes place 15 to 18 months after the harvest, when the wine is double-filtered
through cellulose plates.
Now the final quality control check takes place, along with quantitative microbiological tests. This will provide the identity card for the contents of the bottle as well as the certificate guaranteeing a product that is stable and meets the standards. After labelling, the Château Cap de Merle heads for the sea, not far from the slopes on which it ripened, off on a long voyage. Château Cap de Merle is a true Bordeaux, with exceptional consistency and outstanding stability. It is the product of a grand tradition developing under the watchful eye of science. Proud of our founder, Roland Bel, we are please to introduce Cuvée TRADITION |
